Deadline extended to choose your child’s learning model

The deadline has been extended for Thames Valley parents and guardians to declare their choice of In-Person or Full Remote Learning for their children for September 2021.

As a result of direction provided from the Ministry of Education on May 4, parents and guardians now have until Tuesday, June 1 to complete the Declaration of Learning Model form found on the Thames Valley Parent Portal at

“We are pleased to be able to provide parents more time to make this important decision,” said Education Director Mark Fisher. “While we believe that in-person learning best supports students, we also recognize that some families may want their child to learn remotely.”

Parents and guardians are asked to contact their home school if they are unable to access the Parent Portal or if they do not have access to the Internet.
